2. Description of Services
GoldenPaws is a full-lifecycle companion service platform for pet owners, providing:
Pet Profiles: Record and manage your pet's basic information and health records
Health Check-ins: Daily tracking of diet, exercise, weight, mood, and other health data
Time Capsules: Create and store precious memories with your pets
Surprise Capsules: Unlock commemorative milestones based on companionship days
Community Stories: Share and browse pet stories, interact with other pet owners
Health Suggestions: Personalized pet health tips based on check-in data
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time, with advance notice to users.

You must provide true and accurate registration information
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Keep your password safe and do not share your account
Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
Each user may register only one account
四、用户行为规范

发布虚假或误导性信息

干扰或破坏服务的正常运行

4. User Conduct
When using the services, you agree not to:
Post illegal, infringing, harassing, or offensive content

Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks

Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the services

Intellectual property rights of content you create (pet profiles, check-in records, time capsules, community stories, etc.) belong to you. You grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the services.
5.2 Our Content
Intellectual property rights of the platform's designs, logos, copy, code, and other content belong to GoldenPaws and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.
5.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates community guidelines or applicable laws, but have no obligation to proactively monitor content.
六、付费服务
部分高级功能可能需要付费订阅（以下简称"会员服务"）：
付费服务的价格和条款将在购买页面明确展示
订阅将按所选周期（月/年）自动续费，您可随时取消
取消续费后，当前订阅期内仍可正常使用
除法律另有规定外，已支付的订阅费用不予退还
我们保留调整价格的权利，价格变更将提前 30 天通知
支付由第三方支付服务商处理，我们不存储您的支付卡信息。
6. Paid Services
Some premium features may require a paid subscription ("Membership Services"):
Prices and terms for paid services will be clearly displayed on the purchase page
Subscriptions auto-renew for the selected period (monthly/yearly); you may cancel anytime
After cancellation, services remain available for the remainder of the current billing period
Unless otherwise required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, with at least 30 days' advance notice
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store your payment card information.

因不可抗力（自然灾害、网络故障、政策变化等）导致的服务中断，我们不承担责任。
用户在社区发布的内容仅代表个人观点，不代表本平台立场。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用服务而产生的间接损失不承担责任。
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Health suggestions provided by the platform are for reference only and do not constitute professional veterinary diagnosis. Please seek veterinary care when your pet is ill.
Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, policy changes, etc.).
Content posted by users in the community represents personal opinions only and does not represent the platform's stance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldenPaws and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the damages.
九、服务终止
您可以随时通过删除账户来终止使用本服务。
我们可在以下情况下终止或暂停您的账户：
严重违反本服务条款
长期未使用（超过 24 个月未登录）
法律法规要求
账户终止后，您的数据将在 30 天内被永久删除（法律要求保留的除外）。
9. Termination
You may terminate your use of the services at any time by deleting your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account in the following circumstances:
Material violation of these Terms of Service
Prolonged inactivity (no login for over 24 months)
Legal or regulatory requirements
After account termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days (except where retention is required by law).
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the location of the platform operator.
